Sydney Sprague has released her cover of Turnstile’s song “Underwater Boi”, found on their critically acclaimed album ‘GLOW ON’, as part of Rude Records charitable compilation, ‘Changing Tides’.

“’Underwater Boi”’ is the fifth single from the compilation album, following Have Mercy’s cover of “1979”, Izzy Mahoubi feat. Sydney Sprague’s “Big Yellow Taxi”., “Help Is On The Way” by Telltale and “Arguing With Thermometers” by Superlove.

‘Changing Tides’ is a project under the Rude Cares wing. Rude Records artists taking part in this project agreed to record cover songs on environmental topics and raise their voices for a more sustainable environment. With each song, the label will donate profits to the cause of “raising awareness and make the world a better place” through music. 100% of collected funds with the distribution of the cover songs will benefit Sea Shepherd.

“’Changing Tides’ has the purpose of raising awareness on our planet’s safeguarding,” says Rude Records General Manager and A&R on the compilation. “As a Company and a B-Corp, we’re particularly attentive and concerned about such important topics. With the launch of Changing Tides, Rude Cares will focus on increasing awareness and help protect our environment through the voices of our artists.”
