The battle royale is about to go full Mobile Suit.
The Apex Legends x Mobile Suit Gundam Event launches March 10, delivering one of the game’s boldest crossovers yet. Broken Moon transforms into a war-torn battlefield littered with fallen Mobile Suits, towering Wing Gundam statues, and ships clashing overhead.
Gameplay gets a serious power boost. The Buster Rifle drops via Care Packages, letting players take to the skies for aerial recon, scan through walls, and fire explosive laser beams that shred cover. Bit Staves provide defensive shielding, while Drone Command patrols and attacks enemies on sight.
New Wild Cards channel iconic Gundam abilities. Epyon’s Lash pulls enemies in with a magnetic melee strike. Heavyarms Salvo calls in missile support after repeated hits. Zero Sacrifice detonates on death, and Zero Rebirth gives knocked players a Void-powered second chance.
Cosmetics are just as massive. Legendary Gundam-inspired skins, themed rewards, and limited-edition Gunpla kits—including Crypto’s Freedom Gundam and Valkyrie’s Wing Gundam Zero—arrive with pre-orders opening March 18.
