Owen Wilson is teeing it up again. Apple TV’s feel-good sports comedy Stick returns for season two on Wednesday, November 4, bringing back its winning mix of golf, second chances and found-family chaos.
Wilson reprises his role as Pryce Cahill, the former pro golfer whose career went off the rails decades ago. This time, though, Pryce isn’t content to stay on the sidelines. With encouragement from old rival Clark Ross (Timothy Olyphant), he makes a wildly ambitious comeback bid—with a shot at becoming the oldest golfer ever to win a major.
Meanwhile, teenage golf phenom Santi (Peter Dager) is taking his own next step toward the pros, discovering that chasing a dream gets a lot tougher once expectations come along for the ride.

Adding fresh energy to the ensemble is Emmy Award nominee and Golden Globe winner Rhea Seehorn, who joins as Pryce’s new coach, Amanda. Returning favorites include Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay and Judy Greer, while John Higgins, Billy Zane, Rex Linn, Sasha Alexander and Missi Pyle join the season-two lineup.
The new season also features appearances from golf legends and personalities including Jim Nantz, Trevor Immelman, Good Good’s Matt Scharff and Dan Rapaport.
Created by Jason Keller, Stick returns with two episodes on November 4, followed by a new episode every Wednesday through December 30. Whether you’re here for the golf, the laughs or Pryce’s unlikely comeback, the second season looks ready to take another swing.
Stick streams on Apple TV.
