The Turtles are back—and this time, they’re bringing a couple of surprise guests.
TRAILMARK Games has announced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants – Ninja Edition, an expanded and enhanced version of the arcade beat ’em up launching September 4 exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2. A physical edition follows October 9, with pre-orders now open for $29.99.
The big addition? Master Splinter and Casey Jones are playable for the first time, joining Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo in solo play or four-player local co-op.
The Ninja Edition also gives the Foot Clan a serious visual upgrade, with 1080p handheld and 4K docked resolution, 60 FPS, HDR, faster loading and improved lighting, reflections, anti-aliasing and dynamic shadows.
Based on the 2012 Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and inspired by classics like Turtles in Time, Wrath of the Mutants packs six stages and 13 boss battles—including three stages and six bosses that weren’t in the original arcade release.
So grab three friends, pick your favorite mutant—or Splinter or Casey—and get ready to kick some Foot Clan shell.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants – Ninja Edition arrives digitally September 4 and physically October 9 on Nintendo Switch 2 for $29.99.
