The Kid LAROI is opening the next chapter with “SLEEP,” a new single accompanied by a music video directed by Ayodeji.
The track has an unusual backstory. “SLEEP” was originally written for an album LAROI was working on before his latest project, BEFORE I FORGET, but that album was ultimately scrapped. Rather than let the songs disappear, LAROI decided they deserved a life of their own. “SLEEP” is the first of two singles he plans to release from that unreleased era.
The timing also comes fresh off LAROI’s North American and Asian A PERFECT WORLD TOUR dates. Ahead of the tour, he dropped the deluxe edition of BEFORE I FORGET and made a surprise appearance with Justin Bieber at Coachella, where the pair performed their hit “STAY.”
Now, LAROI is looking ahead. The European and UK legs of the A PERFECT WORLD TOUR kick off in October, with all dates listed below.
